Only people properly registered in accordance with these terms and conditions are eligible to take part in the event.
Participants must be at least 17-year-old as at 22 Feb 2020 (Event Date)
The participant shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have entered into a legally binding contact with the Organiser when he/she accepts the terms and conditions of participation by clicking the relevant field in the online registration form.
He/shedoes not use the mobile phone whilst participating.
He/she display the official Event Number (BIB NO) provided in the manner indicated in the Event information guidance, ensuring they do not fold or deface the event numbers.
He/she dose not deviate from the official signed route of the event.
He/she must comply with the reasonable instructions of the Organiser and All Event Staff/Event Officer,Stewards,Marshals and Medical Persons.
Withdrawal of the entry fees will not refundable.
In order to ensure the roads can re-open on the time in line with the organiser’s obligations to the relevant local authorities, the organiser has the right to remove from the event those participants who do not meet the applicable required cut off time. No refunds will be paid in this case. The relevant cut of time can be provided on race starting Day.
Participation in the event is at the Participant’s own risk.
The organiser will not be liable for any action of any spectators or other third parties.
All participants are assigned a chip timing device/ A manual System also.
Organiser will have All legal rights.
For Any Dispute Participant can Appeal in jury (within 30 mints of events finished).
